  • • Provide scheduled clinical oversight from a licensed nurse, with a guaranteed 48-hour response time unless otherwise specified.

    • Conduct regular reviews of client files to ensure documentation supports medical needs and required follow-up (e.g., annual physicals, immunizations, screenings).

    • Provide feedback on individual-specific support strategies including medication administration, medical follow-up needs, and chronic condition management.

    • Offer support in writing or updating health-related plans and protocols such as MAR instructions, seizure protocols, and diabetic care instructions.

    • Review incident reports, medication errors, and health-related concerns during regularly scheduled reviews (minimum 30 minutes, two times per week).

    • Educate provider staff on topics such as infection control, standard precautions, chronic disease management, and safe medication administration.

Quality Assurance / Compliance / Regulatory Support

    • Provide social media content creation and scheduling based on agency voice and goals.

    • Assist with development of agency mission, vision, values, and branding guidelines.

Operational Excellence / Quality Improvement

  • • Facilitate operational planning including workflow mapping, role clarity, and systems alignment.

    • Provide executive consulting on strategic planning, leadership development, and change management.

    • Design internal feedback loops and performance monitoring systems to support continuous quality improvement (CQI).

    • Conduct organizational assessments and recommend system-level improvements.

    • Lead project-based implementation efforts such as department restructuring or service expansion planning.

    • Support agencies in identifying and implementing best practices aligned with person-centered and value-based care principles.

Credentialing

  • • Guide individuals through enrollment as Medicaid providers (e.g., therapists, BCBA, LCSW, etc.).

    • Support provider agencies in completing PASA (Program Approved Service Agency) applications or renewal processes.

    • Assist with Class B Home Care license applications and preparation for CDPHE inspections.

    • Help agencies navigate the business registration, zoning, and insurance components of startup or expansion.

    • Offer ongoing credentialing maintenance support such as updating rosters, revalidations, and license tracking.

Clinical Support

  • • Assist with clinical program development including service design, implementation planning, and fidelity monitoring.

    • Participate in case consultation with internal teams to ensure appropriate supports and interventions.

    • Collaborate as part of multidisciplinary teams to improve outcomes across behavioral health, IDD, and other service settings.

    • Provide direct support to individuals requiring additional therapeutic interventions, including short-term therapeutic engagement or skills-based coaching.

    • Offer supervision or consultation to staff delivering therapeutic or behavioral services.

    • Provide service and support navigation to individuals and families including assistance with applying for benefits, identifying providers, and navigating waiver or funding systems.

Training

  • • Provide certified training in First Aid and CPR, QMAP (Qualified Medication Administration Person), and safety protocols.

    • Deliver behavioral support training, including proactive strategies, de-escalation techniques, and trauma-informed care.

    • Provide organizational culture training tailored to team dynamics, agency values, and workforce engagement.

    • Create agency-specific onboarding and new hire training programs that meet regulatory requirements.

    • Offer in-person or virtual delivery formats based on agency needs and licensing requirements.

Licensure Supervision

  • • Provide individual or group supervision to candidates pursuing licensure as LCSW, LPC, or other approved disciplines.

    • Review clinical documentation and casework, offering feedback on ethical decision-making and best practices.

    • Support supervisees in developing their professional identity and understanding of regulations and scope of practice.

    • Maintain logs and documentation of supervision hours as required by licensure boards.

    • Offer specialized supervision related to IDD services, trauma-informed care, and systems navigation.

    • Ensure supervisees have access to multidisciplinary support and consultation as needed.

Billing and Bookkeeping Services

  • • Prepare and submit claims to funders such as Medicaid, DVR (Division of Vocational Rehabilitation), or private pay sources.

    • Track and reconcile payments, denials, and resubmissions, including timely follow-up to maximize revenue recovery.

    • Provide monthly invoices for private pay clients and funders not using an automated claim system.

    • Maintain internal tracking documents or spreadsheets to monitor authorization use, units delivered, and remaining funding.

    • Reconcile financial data within accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or other systems upon request.

    • Coordinate with internal staff or contractors to confirm service delivery, address billing discrepancies, and ensure compliance with billing regulations.

IT Support

  • • Support agencies in selecting, implementing, and optimizing Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and other business platforms.

    • Serve as liaison with IT vendors for onboarding, troubleshooting, and system customization.

    • Provide support with data migrations, system integrations, backup systems, and document storage structures.

    • Set up and maintain secure email systems, cloud-based file sharing platforms, and internal communication tools.

    • Offer hardware and software setup, inventory tracking, and equipment lifecycle planning.

    • Provide remote or onsite user-level technical assistance, device troubleshooting, and onboarding support.

    • Consult on cybersecurity best practices, user access protocols, and data privacy requirements.

    • Offer support for telehealth, virtual meeting platforms, and remote desktop solutions.
